Venue Policies

The Club at Prairie Falls is dedicated to providing a positive attendee experience while ensuring the safety and security of all patrons, including Prairie Falls staff. Any person who violates any of the following policies may be subject to questioning and/or immediate rejection from the event without refund.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from entering into Prairie Falls public events:
• weapons
• laser pointers
• coolers or ice chests
• wagons
• strollers
• hydration packs
• lighters or flammable fluids
• illegal substances
• professional cameras and/or detachable lenses without prior approval from Prairie Falls
• balloons
• glass bottles
• selfie sticks
• noise makers
• signs
• banners
• posters
• flags
• outside food & beverage
• glitter or confetti
• fireworks
Dog Policy (Outdoor Concerts)
• We allow good canine citizens during our outdoor concerts on the grass areas only.
• Pets & emotional support animals are not permitted inside the building nor on the patios.
• All dogs must be leashed and under the control of its owner at all times.
• Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs.
• We reserve the right to ask you to leave, without refund, if we deem your dog to be out of control or a disturbance to other attendees and/or staff.
Additional Entry
• All bags are subject to search upon entry.
• Attendees who arrive with prohibited items or unauthorized bags will be asked to return those items to their vehicle prior to entry.
• Prairie Falls security, staff & management reserve the right to deny anyone entry as well as the right to remove any attendee if an item (or attendee) poses a threat to overall safety or guest experience.
