The Club at Prairie Falls is a multi-amenity hospitality destination located in Post Falls, Idaho, offering golf, lodging, restaurant and bar service, indoor virtual golf simulators, event and banquet facilities, and a seasonal outdoor concert series, among other amenities and events.
Availability of any amenity, event, or service is subject to change, seasonal scheduling, capacity, weather, maintenance, and operational needs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any amenity or event at any time without liability.
When you reserve a tee time, hotel room, simulator bay, event space, or other service, you agree to the rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies disclosed at the time of booking. Specific terms may also apply to event contracts, group bookings, and concert ticketing.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation windows, deposits, and refund eligibility vary by service and are presented during booking or in your reservation confirmation. Concert and special-event tickets may be non-refundable. Please review the policy provided for your specific reservation.
Pricing & errors
We strive for accuracy, but pricing, availability, and descriptions may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel or decline any order or reservation arising from such an error, even after a confirmation has been issued.
The Club at Prairie Falls offers an optional text-messaging program to share reservation details, event reminders, promotions, and account-related updates. Participation is voluntary.

By providing your mobile number and opting in — through a website form, a printed or in-person sign-up, a keyword, or by checking a consent box — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from The Club at Prairie Falls at the number provided. The Club at Prairie Falls is a public-facing hospitality and event venue. Photography and video recording regularly take place on the Property — particularly at concerts, tournaments, banquets, and promotional shoots.
By entering or remaining on the Property, or by attending any event held on the Property, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant The Club at Prairie Falls and its authorized representatives the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, audio, and other recordings.
These materials may be used and reproduced for advertising, marketing, social media, websites, print, broadcast, and other promotional or commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation to you. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any claim related to their use, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
This release applies to you and, where you are a parent or legal guardian, to any minor in your care whom you bring onto the Property.
Requests not to be photographedIf you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our staff or event personnel on site, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. To request that an image identifying you be removed from a Club-controlled channel, contact us at info@prairiefallsgolfclub.com; we will make reasonable efforts to honor removal requests for materials still within our control, though prior or third-party distributed uses may not be retrievable.
All content on this website — including text, logos, photographs, video, graphics, layout, and the "Prairie Falls" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to The Club at Prairie Falls and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission.
While on the Property or using our services, you agree to follow posted rules, dress codes, course etiquette, and the lawful directions of staff. By using the golf course, driving range, simulators, or attending events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with those activities — including, without limitation, the risk of being struck by a golf ball or club, slips and falls, contact with carts and equipment, weather conditions, and crowd-related risks at concerts and gatherings.
You are responsible for your own safety and that of any guests or minors in your care, and for any property damage or injury you cause through negligent or improper conduct.
Our site and communications may reference or link to third-party services — such as booking, ticketing, payment, or social-media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
